Spencer Noecker, Entrepreneurial from the Beginning
Spencer Noecker’s entrepreneurial spirit developed at a young age growing up in a family business. Noecker’s grandfather founded a cabinet shop in 1950 that quickly transformed into a commercial interior woodworking firm. This company created and installed fine woodworking in hotel lobbies, libraries, and offices all over the US. The family business atmosphere resonated with him his entire life. After graduating from the University of Oregon in 2008 Spencer, along with his sister Lauren Noecker Robert founded NFN Investments which later developed into NBP Capital. In 2009 the Noecker’s brought in key equity investors alongside their family. Shortly after their first real estate acquisitions, Spencer Noecker along with his sister Lauren Noecker Robert developed in-house management, landscaping, construction, and supply companies to support their rapidly growing real estate portfolio. Their mission, to leverage this vertically integrated business model to deliver compelling investment returns through a nimble, disciplined approach.At the core, they are owner-operators focused on developing and investing in real estate assets for a long-term hold. Some of NBP Capital’s legacy assets include the Multnomah County Courthouse, Woodlark Hotel, The New Market Theater, The Waterfront Development, and the Merchant Hotel. In 2015, Spencer Noecker resigned from all management duties at NBP Capital to peruse opportunities in the Cannabis Industry.
